Windomnet Cable TV channel outages. Due to Intelsat moving carriers to a replacement satellite, there has been an impact event resulting in many of our channels having signal issues, picture frozen, tiling, no picture, etc. We have notified our upstream video provider and they are working with Intelsat to resolve the issue causing the channel outages. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and will pass on additional information as it becomes available.
